This unexpected and late patch will have consequences for the future ofeFootball 2022. Konami logically decided to postpone version 1.0.0 of the free-to-play, the one that should have brought gameplay and additional modes to really kick off the experience. Her release date was initially set for November 11, but she won’t see not the day before spring 2022. This implies that there will not be a major patch by then and that the game will not really take shape until then, hopefully with even more ambition and quality than what Konami had in the viewfinder. Therefore, the Premium Player Pack at € 39.99 already purchasable, but including content exclusively for future modes has been withdrawn, maybe just until further notice. Those who had pre-ordered it can in any case be reimbursed.

And at the same time, the mobile version of eFootball 2022 is also delayed, it will not replace the application eFootball PES 2021 that next spring also.
